At Kylie Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
